Grant Description

On December 23, 2014, the Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Manasaryan, and China’s Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia, Tien Erlong, signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) between the two governments. Under the agreement, China will provide technical assistance to Armenia in the amount of 60 million RMB.

The exact allocation of the ETCA was unspecified. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
