Grant Description

On 19 March, 2008, China sent the 70th batch of medical team membersfrom the Liaoning Provincial Department of Health to Yemen.

The team of 28 people arrived in Sana'a Governorate and will spread out to five medical centers and hospitals, Sana'a Republic Hospital, Taiz Al-Thawrah (Revolution) Hospital, Al Hudaydah Al-Thawrah (Revolution) Hospital, Ibn Sina Hospital in Sana'a, and Al Mahwit Republic Hospital. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
