China Eximbank provides $49 million preferential buyer’s credit for First Stage of Phase 1 of the Dushanbe-Dangara Road Reconstruction Project On August 18, 2009, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Export-Import Bank of China signed a $49,000,000 preferential buyer’s credit (PBC) loan for the First Stage of the Phase 1 of the Dushanbe-Dangara Road Reconstruction Project.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
