Grant Description

On August 12, 2013, China and Fiji signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing bilateral relations through cultural cooperation between the two countries.

The Chinese Minister of Culture, Cai Wu, provided assistance to the Department of National Heritage, Culture and Arts with a donation of cultural equipment worth 300,000 RMB. The project has been completed. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
