China grants 38 Indonesian students scholarships

On 26 July 2012, the Chinese Embassy invited Indonesian students and parents to gather for the Chinese Government Scholarship ceremony.

It is stated that the scholarship (in 2012) admitted more science and engineering students to help with the modernization of services in Indonesia.

Accepting Chinese institutions this year include, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University, Fudan University, Huazhong University of Science and other well-known Chinese universities. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
