Grant Description
On 17 December 2014, Ambassador Xie Feng attended the signing ceremony of the educational cooperation agreement organized by ZTE Corporation. Jakarta Governor, Zhong Wanxue and the government, media, and other representatives also attended the ceremony.
Under the agreement, the Jakarta provincial education department will cooperate with ZTE in the growing sector of 'smart education'. It is stated that ZTE Corporation also donated 50 sets of Tablet PCs to high school students in Jakarta. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
