China donates cultural items to schools and youth groups in Nepal

In 2013, during the "Gift of Culture" event, a representative from the Chinese Embassy in Nepal donated picture albums, books, videos, computers and stationery to a Buddhist school in Mustang, Nepal.

In addition, Director of the Cultural Office in the Chinese Embassy in Nepal Zhang Bing donated television sets and other cultural items to a school and youth groups in Mustang on behalf of the Chinese government. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
