Grant Description

On 25 April 2015, a massive earthquake hit Nepal.

On 27 April, the Chinese Embassy in Nepal posted a press release announcing that the Chinese government had decided to donate disaster relief materials worth 20 million RMB to Nepal. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
