Grant Description

In November 2014, China and Maldives signed an MOU for an additional donation of 200,000 LED energy-saving tube lights, as well as 10 sets of solar home systems. The lights are to be delivered to the Ministry of Environment and Energy. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
