Grant Description

On July 4, 2007, the Chinese Foreign minister Yang Jie Chi (杨洁篪) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on economic and technical cooperation with the Indonesian Foreign Minister.

According to the memorandum, the Chinese government will provide 10 million yuan in free aid to the Indonesian government. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
