December 4, 2014, in Tanzania, charge d'affaires Li Xu Hang, accompanied by the Minister of Energy and Mines Muheng Ge of Tanzania, went to the city of Marrakech Province Musuo Ma Mu Weisen cover attend primary school, "Chinese Ambassador scholarships and grants," presented the activities.

Mu Weisen cover primary founded in 1924, founding president of Tanzania Julius Nyerere worked from 1934 to 1936 at this school. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
