Grant Description

On October, 8, 2007 in Nuku'alofa, China handed over a batch of 21 cars to Tonga. The donation was for of the 38th Pacific Island Leaders Forum, which was hosted in Nuku'alofa. Of the 21 cars donated, at least one was a Toyota Land Cruiser. The value of this donation is unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
