Grant Description

This program finances the cost of developing the counterinsurgency capability of Pakistani security forces.

The Pakistan Counterinsurgency Fund is designed to offer Department of Defense elements in-country with the flexibility to meet the immediate training and equipping needs of the Pakistani military as they pertain to ongoing counterinsurgency operations.
