Grant Description

On December 27, 2013, Chinese Ambassador to Togo Liu Yuxi and Togolese Minister of Economy and Finance Ayasol respectively signed four agreements including a bilateral economic and technological cooperation agreement (ETCA) providing a RMB 180 million grant to Togo. The allocation of this grant is unknown.
