Grant Description

On December 20, 2012, the Chinese Ambassador to Cape Verde and the Cape Verdean Minister of Foreign Affairs signed an implementation agreement for the OB-GYN Building Refurbishment Project. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
