Grant Description

13 November 2005, as part of the MOU on education exchanges signed between the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training and the Chinese Ministry of Education on 11 November, Vietnam has sent 40 officials to train in China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
