Grant Description

On November 11, 2005 the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training and the Chinese Ministry of Education China signed an MOU under which China will provide 130 scholarships annually to Vietnamese students.

The Chinese government has agreed to continue granting 130 scholarships annually to Vietnamese university students and post graduate students to study in tertiary institutes in China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
