Grant Description

Chinese government reached an agreement with the Afghanistan side in May 2003 to aid the Parwan water conservancy project through grants.The restoration project was divided into two phases: Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
