Grant Description

On 27 May 2003, Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong and Afghan Vice President Nimartullah Shaharani signed an agreement, under which China would provide US$15 million in grant over five years for reconstruction (2003-2007). Details such as which project would benefit from the grant are yet to be found.
