Grant Description

Countries and international organisations have financed and supplied technical facilities to Laos in response to the Lao government for help in their fight against bird flu. The Laos-based Chinese Embassy granted 50,000 USD through the Lao Bird Flu Prevention Fund. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
