Grant Description

On September 12th, 2005, China and Cambodia signed the exchange certificate indicating a formal transfer of the PCVSAT satellite meteorological equipment from China to Cambodia.

This markes an important achievement between the China Meteorological Administration and the Cambodian Ministry of Hydrometeorology as well indicates their sincere cooperation. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
