Grant Description

On December 14, 2005, in an exchange of notes that was signed between China and Cambodia at Phnom Penh, the Chinese government offered 2 million Chinese Yuan in general material assistance to the Cambodian King's Task Force, also called King's Working Group or Krom 'Samdech Euv' (literally meaning the Father King).

Krom Samdech Euv is a poverty eradication program. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
