Grant Description

On November 17, 2011 the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia provided the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports with five laptops and one medium-sized LCD TV to help relieve the work burden at the ministry.

The handover ceremony was attended by the Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Pan Guangxue and the Cambodian Minister of Education Im Sithy. The monetary value of the laptops and TV are unclear. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
