China signs Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement loaning 30 million RMB interest-free to Mali On December 5, 2008, the Chinese Ambassador and Mali Minister of Foreign Affairs signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement in which China provided a 30 million RMB (1.95 billion CFA) interest-free loan for unspecified purposes.
