Grant Description
On 30 December 2010, the Chinese government signed four agreements with the Government of Mali; one of which being an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) providing a grant of an unknown value.
A Reuters article suggests this ETCA helped fund a bridge in Bamako (most likely #234) and a feasibility study for University of Kabala (#30653). The financial breakdown and whether these are the only sub-projects are unknown.. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
