China provides 30 million RMB loan for Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement On March 29, 2007, China and Mali signed an agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation (ETCA) (中华人民共和国政府和马里共和国政府经济技术合作协定) for 30 million RMB (approximately 2.318 billion FCFA).
