Ltd signed a $32.6 million commercial contract for a project to help Kaduna State transition from analogue to digital broadcasting, Then, in 2012, China Eximbank and China CITIC Bank agreed in principle to provide a $30.6 million loan to Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC) to help Kaduna State transition from analogue to digital broadcasting.

This loan would be repaid over a period of 8-years, beginning with a two and a half years’ grace period. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
