Philippines - AFP SOCOM Scoping and Initial Workshop.

Conduct a workshop with Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Special Ops Command (SOCOM) leaders, using the Capabilities Based Planning (CBP) process to enable participants to identify capability gaps and possible solutions, with emphasis on developing short-term Modified Table of Organization & Equipment (MTOE) improvements and budget process inputs.

Specific objectives were to enable participants to: analyze guidance and the environment; describe role/missions, command and support relationships, and capabilities; identify problems and areas requiring improvement; outline possible short-term solutions and ways to realize them.
