Grant Description
Iraq - Strategic Planning/Force Structure #8.
Collaborate with Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq, NATO Mission Iraq (NMI), the Iraq Ministry of Defense (MoD) M5, and the Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service (ICTS) to conduct readiness baselining activities to launch readiness reforms in accordance with the recommendation of the Iraqi MoD Reform Committee.
Develop an agenda for a 3-day Readiness Conference to be executed in October 2019 in support of the MoD and the Iraqi service components. Support execution of the NATO Defense Capacity Building Force Structure Working Group.
