Grant Description
The Inter-European Professional Development Seminar (IEPDS) is designed to develop non-commissioned officers, senior non-commissioned officers, warrant officers and junior officers in a blended officer/enlisted environment to prepare them for increased leadership roles and responsibilities.
The curriculum is developed from a sampling of courses offered in the 5-week IESOS and IENCOA Professional Military Education courses.
After completing this course, graduates will have acquired and practiced new leadership skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, and teambuilding. These new skillsets will help them develop as leaders and as team members. Course activities will challenge students to apply newly learned principles.
