Grant Description

ICP delivered the Countering WMD Maritime Environment Course to twenty-six participants from Thai-Maritime Enforcement Coordination Center (Thai-MECC), Port Authority, Royal Thai Navy (RTN), Judge Advocate General (JAG), Marine Department, and the National Security Council (NSC). The course obejctives focuse on various methods of used to detect and deter WMD movement through maritime ports.

The Singaporean leadership team were willing to address more diagnostic training that will test their current policies and procedures for chemical, biological, and radiological (CBR) related incidents and investigations.
