International Counterproliferation Program (ICP): Targeting Risk Assessment

ICP delivered the Targeting Risk Management Course to thirty-five Nigerian mid-to senior level law enforcement participants from the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Nigerian Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), Nigeria Customs Service, National Authority on Chemical and Biological Weapons, Nigerian Ports Authority, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Agency for Food and Drugs Control (NAFDC), and the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA).

The course facilitated and strengthened interagency collaboration with the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) and addressed radiation detection capability/ knowledge.
