Grant Description
ICP delivered the International Dual-Use Investigations Course to thirty-six tactical-to mid-level officials from the National Police, Customs Directorate, and Civil protection agencies.
The course objectives focused on identification and techniques to successfully pursue transnational investigations of dual-use items related to WMD.
Law enforcement participants shared process improvement procedures put in place for organizational responsibilities and based on mandates.
