Grant Description

ICP delivered the International Dual-Use Investigations Course to 24 tactical-to mid-level officials from Sate Border Guard Services (SBS), Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), and State Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan.

Participants reviewed techniques used to pursue transnational investigations enabling interagency coordination for a dual-use investigations.

Participants lacked experience and background knowledge of investigation fundamentals utilized by the government of Kyrgyzstan and requested participation of the prosecutors from the State Committee for National Security and members of licensing department from the Ministry of Economy.
