Grant Description

ICP delivered the International Dual-Use Investigation workshop to 28 law enforcement participants from the General Inspectorate of Police, Border Police, Security and Intelligence Services, Customs Service, and Public Services Agency.

This course instructed enforcement authorities about techniques to successfully pursue transnational investigations of dual-use items related to WMD material.

The Moldvans have seen an increase in dual-use goods at the airports and need further training in component identification.
