Grant Description

ICP delivered the International Dual-Use Investigation Workshop to 43 participants from various agencies from Bangladesh, India, Maldives, and Sri Lanka.

This course instructed enforcement authorities about techniques to successfully pursue transnational investigations of dual-use items related to WMD material.

This multi-lateral workshop was critical in developing stronger relationships between these regional partners in countering the proliferation of dual-use items.
