Grant Description

ICP delieved the International Dual-Use Investigation course mid- to senior-level officials from Polish National Police (PNP), ABW, Ministry of Finance (MoF) Customs Service (KAS), MoF Department for Combating Economic Crime, Border Guard, National Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Development and Technology.

The IDUI course included a combination of plenary lectures, breakout groups, and case studies.

Participants demonstrated their understanding of multilateral export control regimes, specialized investigative techniques, and resources used in transnational investigations.

The Polish law enforcement agencies maintain an advanced knowledge base in the areas of investigating crimes or incidents related to WMD.

The Polish law enforcement agencies are working to address their counterproliferation awareness-level courseware development for inclusion in current police training programs.
