Grant Description

ICP delivered the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Cyber Crimes Investigation (CCI) course to the Vietnam Computer Emergency Response Team (VNCERT), Ministry of Public Security, and Vietnamese Cyber Command from the Vietnam's Ministry of National Defense.

The training provided a basic understanding of cyber investigative tools utilized for investigations involving the proliferation of WMD and related issues to assist in countering proliferation.
