Grant Description
ICP delivered the WMD Cyber Crimes Investigations (CCI) Course to participants from the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of the Interior organizations.
The course instructed attendees on methods to exploit digital technology to combat criminal activities, the proliferation of WMD, and the misuse of dual-use materials and technologies.
This effort is in support of developing Bulgaria's cyber-crime investigation capability and improve interoperability within the Black Sea region, as well as promoting regional cooperation in accordance with U.S. government, DTRA, and USEUCOM objectives.
