Grant Description
ICP delivered the Counterproliferation Finance Investigations Course to mid- to senior-level officials from the Polish National Police's (PNP) Economic Crime Bureau, ABW, Ministry of Finance (MoF) Customs Service (KAS), MoF Department for Combating Economic Crime, Border Guard, National Prosecutors Office, and Ministry of Development and Technology.
This course educated enforcement authorities about financial techniques to pursue transnational investigations related to weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and dual-use material.
Leadership will address challenges in obtaining evidence from foreign technology companies and cryptocurrency related investigations
