ICP delivered the Countering WMD Maritime Environment Course to forty-five participants from the Romainia Border Police, Coast-Guard.

The course objectives focused on the potential WMD movement through maritime ports and the various methods used to detect and deter WMD movement.

Romainians participants addressed their current maritime surveillance networks and interagency counterproliferation coordination.
