Grant Description

ICP delivered the Advanced Crime Scene Oeprations (ACSO) Course to 24 Romanian mid-to-senior level officials.

The CSO course trained police investigators and first responders on more advance investigation techniques for a WMD type crime scene. Romanian law enforcement officials plan to update their national standard operating procedures.
