Grant Description

On January 31, 2007, China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) President, Jiang Jiemin, signed an agreement with Sudan to spend $900,000 to help Sudan's Ministry of Energy and Mining train local oil professionals. The current status and start and end dates are unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
