Grant Description

SWIFT 6 programs will be the primary mechanism through which USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) implements programming for the next ten years.

Under this US$5 billion IDIQ, OTI will support U.S. foreign policy objectives by helping local partners advance peace and stability in fragile environments through a fast, flexible, and adaptable model that addresses key political transition and stabilization needs.
