Grant Description

Will provide support to countries in political transition with rapid and effective technical assistance for positive political change.

This multi-award contract is the fifth iteration of the SWIFT IDIQ, with a five-year period of performance and a ceiling of $2.5 billion.

This IDIQ is designed to establish, staff, manage, operate, and support a flexible, quick response mechanism capable of administering and implementing targeted activities under OTI Country or Regional Programs; and, b) provide support to program-funded personnel.
