Grant Description

On November 19, 2009, CNPC signed an agreement with the Sudan Poverty-Stricken Mothers Charity Society to donate 3 million USD over three years. CNPC will donate 1 million USD to the institution to promote education, production, and living conditions each year. At least 50% of the funds will be used in Darfur area.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
