the USAID/WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) forHealthProject (W4H) aiming to accelerate sustainable improvement in water and sanitation access and improve hygiene behaviors in the target districts that complement USAID/Ghanas other health investments to execute activities through six distinct components listed as following: increase use of improved household sanitation, improve community water supply services, improve sectorgovernanceand policies, expand key hygiene behaviors, leverage public/private partnerships to magnify the impact of USG investments, and improve water supply and sanitation infrastructure for health facilities
