SCMS supports the rapid scale up of HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment by providing an uninterrupted supply of key commodities.

CMS is implemented by the Partnership for Supply Chain Management, a non-profit consortium of 13 organizations led by John Snow, Inc. Research & Training Institute (JSI) and Management Sciences forHealth (MSH).
