Grant Description

On January 28, 2010, the Government of Rwanda and the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement. In this agreement, the Chinese Government committed to provide the Rwandan Government with a grant of RMB 30 million. This grant will be used for projects that are agreed upon by both governments.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
