Expand access to high-quality voluntary family planning (FP) services and information, and reproductive health (RH) care.

This element contributes to reducing unintended pregnancy and promoting healthy reproductive behaviors of men and women, reducing abortion, and reducing maternal and child mortality and morbidity.
